Bio

A native of South Carolina, Jordan Hill was born July 27th, 1987. He did not begin playing basketball until his junior year of high school. But shortly after arriving at the University of Arizona, Hill made an immediate impact for the Wildcats.
 
Hill became one of the most dynamic forwards in the country during his stay in Tucson. His rebounds per game average ranked him tied for sixth in the history of the University of Arizona. Hill was an All-Pac 10 defensive team selection, All-American, as well as an All-Pac 10 first team pick during his final season for the Wildcats in which he averaged 18.3 points, 11 rebounds and 2 blocks per game.
 
Jordan Hill was drafted to the New York Knicks as the 8th overall pick in the 2009 NBA Draft. In Feburary Jordan was part of a 3-team trade, the former Wildcat was traded to the Houston Rockets from the New York Knicks, where he will become teammates once again with Chase Budinger.
